1. By Commissioning me you agree to the following terms.

2. Prices are in USD and payment will be via Paypal & Kofi (Except for Thai Customers I have a banking account for that.)

3. The commission will only start when 50% of the full price is paid.

4. The prices stated are appropriate for commercial usage.

5. Every revisions are free.

6. The Live2D files will be sent to you after full payment has been done via Google Drive or Email (Anything that is convenient to you.)

7. Refund won't be given after the work is done.

8. A 75% refund is only available before I start working. I'll not issue a refund after the work is done.

9. Partial refunds are allowed before the completion of the model based on how much the model are done.

10. Please credit me if you are using my work on one of your social media you can refer me to mama/papa/rigger/father.

11. Your model might be posted or be used as sample on my social media in the form of a screenshot, JPEG/Gif Image, or Showcase Video. Please let me know if you want to keep it a secret before debut. Entirely secret far from public eyes will cost +50% for privacy fees.

12. No refund after the first payment is done except if I'm the one canceling the order.

13. If you'd like the .com3 files you may request one but it'll cost x1.5 of the commission price for education purposes and editing models ONLY.
